2022 is coming to an end but before we welcome the new year, let us recall the bunch of Korean dramas produced by SBS that entertained the fans and viewers starting from the first to the last quarter of this year.
Ahead of the 2022 SBS Drama Awards, which will take place on December 31, the broadcasting company already introduced the list of nominees who will be competing for the grand prize in the drama category.
There are a total of nine series nominated including "One Dollar Lawyer," "Business Proposal," "Through the Darkness," "Again My Life," "Today's Webtoon," "Woori the Virgin," and "Why Her." The newly concluded campus-romance drama "Cheer Up" and the ongoing action-adventure series "The First Responders" are also on the list.

Composed of different genres and spell-binding stories, the mentioned shows also created a buzz online during their respective runs.
'Business Proposal,' 'Again My Life,' & 'One Dollar Lawyer' Created the Most Buzz
Some of the dramas even broke records on primetime in terms of viewership ratings. In particular, the webtoon-based series "Business Proposal" which stars Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Sejeong, Seol In Ah, and Kim Min Gyu.

These four actors even rose to stardom after the drama concluded. Each of them also received multiple project offers. Interestingly, another work starring Kim Sejeong is nominated, none other than "Today's Webtoon."

Lee Joon Gi's "Again My Life" and Namgoong Min's "One Dollar Lawyer" both received high anticipation from the audience before and during their release and will have a close fight to get this year's Daesang.

Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Sejeong, & Shin Dong Yup To Host 2022 SBS Drama Awards
On the other hand, it was announced on December 8 that onscreen couple Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Sejeong would have their much-awaited reunion as they are confirmed to host the 2022 SBS Drama Awards alongside Shin Dong Yup.

Interestingly, this will be Shin Dong Yup's sixth time hosting the annual awarding ceremony and is expected to showcase again his smooth hosting skills.
Nominees for the best actor, actress, couples, and other categories are yet to be announced before the scheduled event.
