‘Reborn Rich’ & ‘Alchemy Of Souls Part 2’ Head-to-Head in Most Buzzworthy Drama, Actor Rankings

It's the battle between two hit K-dramas as "Reborn Rich" and "Alchemy Of Souls Part 2" lead Most Buzzworthy Drama and Actor rankings.

In a weekly list released by Good Data Corporation, Song Joong Ki's drama maintained a perfect streak as the top drama.

The rankings are based on the news, online communities, and social media posts collected by the company that talks about the current and upcoming dramas as well as the actors appearing in the series.

'Reborn Rich' Defends Its Spot as Most Buzzworthy Drama

The revenge series starring Song Joong Ki shows no signs of slowing down despite the drama heading to its finale week.

It came after "Reborn Rich" landed a perfect streak, ranking first place as Most Buzzworthy Drama for four consecutive weeks.

According to Good Data Corporation's weekly chart, the JTBC series garnered 48.73 points, proving its dominance as the most-watched drama since it premiered.

Interestingly, the newly released sequel "Alchemy Of Souls Part 2" returned with a bang after entering the second place.

Per Good Data Corporation, the second season of the hit romance fantasy series scored 14.60 points.

Despite the big difference between its contender "Reborn Rich" the Lee Jae Wook and Go Yoon Jung-led K-drama kicked off with a good start for its comeback after marking the show's new all-time high.

For its fourth episode "Alchemy of Souls Part 2" garnered an average nationwide rating of 8.5 percent, according to Nielsen Korea.

It is safe to say that the fantasy drama series might be leading the Most Buzzworthy Drama and Actor rankings after "Reborn Rich" bids its goodbye.

Besides the currently most hyped series, SBS' "Cheer Up" joins the rankings, securing the third spot followed by MBC's "The Forbidden Marriage."

Apart from the drama "Reborn Rich" lead star Song Joong Ki retained his position as Most Buzzworthy Actor for the week.

As noted by Good Data Corporation, the actor ranked first for weeks since the series made its debut.

Joining Song Joong Ki, fellow "Reborn Roch" cast also made it to the list. It includes veteran actor Lee Sung Min as second while Kim Shin Rok and Shin Hyun Bin at fourth and fifth place.

Adding to the list is the on-screen couple Park Ji Hyun and Kim Nam Hee at the seventh and eighth spots.

As for "Alchemy Of Souls Part 2" Go Yoon Jung lands third place while her co-star Lee Jae Wook is at sixth.
