‘The Forbidden Marriage’ Episode 4: Park Ju Hyun Starts To Realize Her Feelings For Kim Young Dae
In "The Forbidden Marriage" episode 4, as they get closer every day, Lee Heon and Ye So Rang also started to have mutual feelings for each other.
'The Forbidden Marriage' Episode 4: So Rang Melts The Ice Around Lee Heon's Heart
The length of years apart hasn't stopped Lee Shin Won's (Kim Woo Seok) heart from beating for So Rang's (Park Ju Hyun), sadly, her attention and affection shifted to King Lee Heon (Kim Young Dae) already, and she realizes it too.
She melts the ice around Lee Heon's heart, and is safe to say she is near to ending the marriage ban for the people - and pushes her agenda by giving picture novels to the king. He asks her not to push it because he has no interest in them, but then the tables turn, and he gets invested in the stories and stays all night to finish reading.

Meanwhile, Shin Won also gets curious and joins him in reading the novels, while So Rang sleeps peacefully. The next day, she asks for feedback from Lee Heon, wanting to know if he's ready to have a wife now. But to her surprise, he pulls her closer with a warning to not tease him like that ever again.
Attendants Want Ye So Rang To Be King Lee Heon's Wife
When the romance starts to blossom between Lee Heon and So Rang, his attendants join forces to make her the king's wife. They try to recruit Shin Won but fail. However, it doesn't stop them from setting So Rang up to be sent to the king.
Lee Heon's jaw drops when he sees So Rang clad in a beautiful hanbok. Meanwhile, Shin Won whisks her away, and everyone was shocked by his gesture. Aside from Shin Won's hidden feelings for So Rang, being by Lee Heon's side is dangerous as the crown princess's killers are still at large. It is also worse for So rang because her stepmother, Lady Seo (Park Sun Young) has set her sights on the queenship for her daughter.
Lee Shin Won's Saves So Rang From Death
Lady Seo has an affair with Minister Jo behind her sick husband. She wants the king for her daughter Hyun Hee, who is just as savage as her mother. Their mother-daughter tandem even sends assassins after So Rang when they hear she's still alive, thanks to Shin Won, she was able to survive death.
Lady Seo didn't stop and plotted another revenge against So Rang. Meanwhile, Shin Won continues to show his care for So Rang as he keeps her by her side, just to assure she is safe from danger.
