In the series, Kim Jung Hyun takes on the role of Kkokdu, a grim reaper who punishes humans every 99 years. He also begins living as Do Jin Woo, a reputable doctor.
Meanwhile, Im Soo Hyang plays the role of Han Gye Jeol, a doctor who is dedicated to her job.
