Ahead of its premiere, TVING excites viewers more by dropping new stills of the upcoming horror-adventure series "Island," featuring its three leads.
Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, "Island" tells the dark secret hidden on the beautiful island of Jeju, and individuals destined to fight evil forces that are trying to ruin the world.

Kim Nam Gil is Pan/Ban, a half-human and half-monster hunter who has been protecting the world from demons for thousands of years.
Lee Da Hee takes the role of Won Mi Ho, a chaebol heiress and a professor who possesses a powerful strength of which she is unaware of.
Completing their team is ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo, who will star as Father John, a young exorcist priest.

In the photos from the forthcoming drama, Pan exhibits his sad gaze at Won Mi Ho, who is in an unusual situation, where she is finally aware of her ability to see evil spirits.
Another picture captures a more intimidating side of Pan, whose face is blood-spattered from a deadly fight against demons.

Mi Ho, on the other hand, finds herself being chased by demons as soon as she arrives in Jeju. She looks terrified hiding behind a wall and silencing herself for the monsters not to see her.
Father John, on the other hand, is accompanied by another priest while examining a prophecy shown in front of them. After he encounters the secret hidden in the prophecy, John seems to have made up his mind to plan for something that will help Pan and Won Mi Ho.
Furthermore, the producers shared, "On top of the mysterious but beautiful island of Jeju, the three main characters will embark on a dangerous journey to face off against the evil that attacks the whole place."
They added that there will be suspense and fun elements that are distinct from the original webtoon.
"Island" is slated to premiere on December 30 on TVING.
