This 2023, Kim Seon Ho celebrates his sixth year of becoming a top notch actor! He has appeared in many works since his debut, cancelled the infamous cancel culture and proved that he's South Korea's "Good Boy"! Here's where to see more of him this 2023!

Kim Seon Ho's 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha' and Previous Works

Kim Seon Ho has appeared in numerous high scale works since he made his debut in 2017.

He has also coupled up with many veteran actresses like Bae Suzy, Shin Se Kyung and more. The actor last appeared on the small screen in 2021 with tvN's "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha."

It was a remake of the classic film "Mr. Hong" in which he teamed up with Shin Min Ah. The two stars' pairing was well-received by the public that the "SikHye (their loveteam name) fever" spread worldwide.

In 2022, he received a nod as the year's Most Outstanding Actor for his portrayal of Hong Du Sik at the Seoul International Awards.

Kim Seon Ho Cancels 'Cancel Culture'

Just after the success and conclusion of "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha," Kim Seon Ho was embroiled in a huge controversy involving his previous relationship with a news anchor and abortion.

Their dirty laundry was aired, letting the entire world criticize and analyze his romantic trysts and personal life.

This caused the actor his career, losing projects after projects. He was even removed as a cast member from his beloved variety show "2 Days & 1 Night," and was replaced by Na In Woo.

Amidst the issues, Kim Seon Ho was able to clear his name after his former lover stated that there were misunderstandings in their relationship.

The two apologized to one another, and the actor's ex also asked for forgiveness for causing unintentional damage.

With this, Kim Seon Ho regained the public's trust and even resumed advertisements with famous brands.

In December 2022, Kim Seon Ho held his first ever Asia fan meet beginning with Seoul. He toured South East Asia in the beginning of 2023, including Manila, Philippines and more.

Kim Seon Ho's 'The Childe' and Upcoming Works

This 2023, Kim Seon Ho will finally make his return with his much anticipated silver screen debut!

Kim Seon Ho's melodrama film "The Childe" (formerly "Sad Tropics") is reportedly set to hit the screen this year.

It focuses on the story of a Filipino-Korean who dreams of becoming a boxer while navigating his life and identity.

South Korean beauty Go Ara will work as Kim Seon Ho's leading lady for the first time ever. In addition to that, the actor will also star in the film "Tyrant," opposite Cha Seung Won.

The film began its principal filming last January 2 with the intention to air the work in the second half of 2023.
