The two used to be under the same company, which allowed them to get to know each other more. They became closer through their similar hobby which is scuba diving.
Shin Ha Kyun and Kim Go Eun were deemed as a match made in heaven. Unfortunately, the two called it quits not long after their relationship announcement due to their conflicting schedules.
Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung
In the same year, Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung met for the first time on the set of MBC's hit series "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo."

This news broke the hearts of the fans all over the world and up until this writing, their avid supporters still mourn their short-lived romance.

Unlike the two previous couples, Ahn Jae Hyun and Goo Hye Sun thought they were each other's significant other for the long haul.
In 2019, the couple stirred buzz after they announced their divorce. Ahn Jae Hyun and Goo Hye Sun met in 2015 and tied the knot in the following year.

Opposite to the previously mentioned couples, this breakup was rather messy, focusing on the lies and betrayal between the two.

Perhaps the saddest separation in the last decade was Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo's divorce.
The "SongSong Couple" broke millions of hearts in 2019 when Song Joong Ki filed for divorce after 20 months of marriage.
What's worse is that Song Hye Kyo found out about the other's divorce plans through social media. Up until now, fans still hold this fact against the actor, even when Song Joong Ki has already moved on.
Infidelity was rumored to be the reason behind the sudden fall out between them but nothing has been confirmed nor denied by the two actors' agencies.
