'Wok of Love'

The sizzling romance drama "Wok of Love" is one of Cha Joo Young's earlier works. In the series, the actress played the role of Lee Junho's ex-wife.

Perhaps Cha Joo Young's most notable work, "The Spies Who Loved Me" tells the story of throuple who work ordinary jobs to keep their identities as secret agents confidential.

In the drama, Cha Joo Young transformed into Hwang Seo Ra, an Interpol secret agent who has an impressive IQ of 157. In this work, she gets accused of being a mistress due to a misunderstanding.

Cha Joo Young showed off a different side of herself in "Chimera" as a 35-year-old elite reporter. Through the work, she proved that she's more than just a pretty face in the showbiz industry.

'The Heavenly Idol'

After her brilliant performance in "The Glory" with Song Hye Kyo, Lim Ji Yeon, Lee Do Hyun, Jung Sung Il and more, Cha Joo Young jumps onto another high scale project this 2023!

She will take on another romantic comedy drama years after only starring in thriller and action projects. In "The Heavenly Idol," Cha Joo Young transforms into Redlin, a real goddess who guards the boundary between the underworld and the present world.

"The Heavenly Idol" depicts the complicated love story of a road manager, played by Go Bo Gyeol, and a high priest, played by Kim Min Gyu, who wakes up in the body of an idol one day.

The series airs for the first time on Wednesday, February 15 at 10:30 p.m. KST on tvN!
