Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee will work together for the first time in K-Drama history in the upcoming mystery drama "The Price of Confession."

While the meeting of the two Hallyu stars excites the viewers, the sudden changes in the production unit raises speculations about the actresses' relationship and more.

'The Price of Confession' Director Withdraws From Production

Fans couldn't hide their excitement for the upcoming series "The Price of Confession" that stars two of South Korea's most beautiful stars, Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee!

Earlier this year, the two were offered to appear in the mystery-thriller series, which depicts the lives of women surrounding a cold murder case.

In the series, Song Hye Kyo takes on the role of Ahn Yoon Soo, an art teacher whose dreams are shattered by an unexpected incident.

Meanwhile, Han So Hee plays the role of Mo Eun, a woman with antisocial tendencies who enters Ahn Yoon Soo's life.

Initially, the work will be headed by director Lee Eung Bok, the creator of international hit series "Sweet Home," "Mr. Sunshine" and "Jirisan."

However, the suspense drama announced that Lee Eung Bok will be replaced as a director after he stepped down from the position.

Speculations arise about the director's bad blood with one of the actresses. The public believe that he and Song Hye Kyo, who once worked together in "Descendants of the Sun," clash when it comes to ideas and inputs due to their differences.

However, nothing was confirmed nor addressed. Instead, the production unit of "The Price of Confession" happily announced that Shim Na Yeon will take over the drama as its director.

Director Shim Na Yeon showed her sumptuous directing skills in suspense and psychological dramas "Beyond Evil," "At Eighteen" and "The Host."

'The Glory Part 2' & 'Gyeongseong Creature' To Premiere This 2023

Besides "The Price of Confession," the public is anticipating the premiere of "The Glory" Part 2 and "Gyeongseong Creature," two of the most awaited works of 2023!

"The Glory Part 2" is headlined by well-rounded actress Song Hye Kyo, which depicts the thoroughly planned revenge of a former school violence victim against her tormentors.

First released in December 2022, "The Glory" received critical acclaim for its realistic portrayal of abuse and school violence. Song Hye Kyo and the rest of the cast also earned high praises from fans and critics alike.

This March 10, Netflix Korea finally releases the final half of the work. Fans couldn't wait to see whether Song Hye Kyo executes life-long revenge successfully.

Meanwhile, Han So Hee pairs up with Park Seo Joon in the thrilling series "Gyeongseong Creature," a drama that follows the lives of people who wish to take down the evil that is created by human's greed.
