‘Agency’ Episode 15-16: Lee Bo Young Fulfills Dreams With Own Company

Go Ah In Accepts Kang Han Na's Friendship
Previously on "Agency," Go Ah In (Lee Bo Young) joined hands with Kang Han Na (Son Na Eun) to overthrow Choi Chang Soo (Jo Sung Ha).
Thankfully, the stakeholders of VC Planning see how Go Ah In meticulously plans her work and is able to keep her position as head of the production headquarters.
Go Ah In pays Kang Han Na a visit in her office, thanking her for the support. She also promises the conglomerate heir to teach her all the know-hows in their company.

The orphan also helps her get back with Park Young Woo (Han Joon Woo), who recently left the company due to the conflict with Kang Han Na and their family.
Choi Chang Soo Leaks Go Ah In's Medical Report
Meanwhile, Choi Chang Soo uses the dirt he has on Go Ah In and leaks her psychiatric and drug report to the Woowon Group to steal the 30 billion-worth of advertisement from the orphan.
Fortunately for Go Ah In, this didn't affect her standing in the company for she prevented VC Planning from being involved in another serious issue that could taint their name.
She quickly gets back to the headquarters and notifies everyone about the background of the actor who will become the new face of the company. It turns out that she's self-restrained for DUI.
Because Choi Chang Soo is the person in charge with the advertisement, the higher-ups decide to terminate his contract and is kicked out of VC Planning for setting the company up.
Go Ah In Climbs The Top
With a new position vacated, Go Ah In is more than willing to risk her life to climb the ladder. In the presentation Kang Han Na made, everything that she taught her can be seen, making her proud.
Kang Han Na also points out how Choi Chang Soo damaged the brand value of VC Planning. In addition to that, she also adds Go Ah In's achievements in her presentation.
Because of this, the chairman of the company promotes Go Ah In, rewarding her remarkable achievement of a 50% increase in sales within half a year. However, she surprises everyone when she turns them down.
Go Ah In Fulfills Life-Long Dream
At the end of the episode, she sets up a small agency with a small team and a loyal secretary Jo Eun Jung (Jeon Hye Jin).
Though it's still unstable, her hands-on and detailed planning, as well as her fiery passion and dedication, will surely make her small agency bigger in no time.
As for Kang Han Na, her family breaks off the engagement, allowing her to meet Park Young Woo with a happy heart. She and Go Ah In also remain friends for the rest of their lives.
