Shim Woo Joo Confuses Han Dong Jin

The sixth episode of "Call It Love" begins with Shim Woo Joo (Lee Sung Kyung) and Han Dong Jin (Kim Young Kwang) walking hand-in-hand, leaving his ex-girlfriend alone in their office.

Previously, Shim Woo Joo makes a move on Han Dong Jin to spite Kang Min Young (EXID Hani), his past flame who hurt him without a care in the world.

Unbeknownst to Han Dong Jin, the other isn't pretending to shoot her shot as Shim Woo Joo has acknowledged her feelings for the man after feeling queasy for a long time.

Because of this, Han Dong Jin shoos her away, which offends her a bit. He then explains that he doesn't care about other people's opinion; he just doesn't want to misunderstand her actions.

At the restaurant, Shim Woo Joo continues to bother Han Dong Jin about Kang Min Young. Despite the awkward air between them, their hearts are slowly being thawed by each other's warmth.

Han Dong Jin Opens Up About His Past

In the office, CEO Shin Sung Man (Shin Mun Sung) pays a surprise visit, hassling Han Dong Jin. In episode 6, the history between them is revealed.

It turns out that the CEO blames the other for his wife's sudden demise. In the past, he had begged Han Dong Jin not to leave the company, which is why he wasn't able to pick up his wife's 911 call.

This unfortunate event caused bad blood between them, and even ensures that Best Fairs goes under during Han Dong Jin's supervision.

After a heated argument with her siblings, Shim Woo Joo meets up with an equally frustrated Han Dong Jin. Forced to talk, the latter opens up about his childhood and insecurities.

Shim Woo Joo, who sympathizes with him, gives him courage. She also boosts his morale, saying that the business won't go down under his watch which makes Han Dong Jin emotional.

A New Dilemma Arises

Unfortunately for them, everyone at Best Fairs leave one by one, leaving the office empty. With only the four of them left, Han Dong Jin becomes desperate.

He makes a call to Kang Jun (Yeon Jae Hyung) for funding. Meanwhile, Kang Min Young comes to the office and bumps into Shim Woo Joo once again; she then confesses that she likes Han Dong Jin, creating tension.

On her way to work, Shim Woo Joo sports a frown on her face when she learns that Han Dong Jin's mother hadn't sold off their home, and that she's currently living there.

Han Dong Jin grows concerned when Shim Woo Joo doesn't show up for work; little does he know she broke through her childhood home, seeing Ma Hee Ja (Nam Gi Ae) face to face again.
