The cult leader, Ok Ju Man, who is also referred to by his group as the "father," is hesitant towards the shaman. However, he proves himself wrong after the shaman predicted that he is set to face an accident that will lead to his death.

After cheating death, Ok Ju man continues to dupe his believers into thinking that he can save them from their suffering, but in return, the followers have to give their priced possessions, with some giving the church money, their properties, jewelry, and more.

In addition, Go Eun Ah also finds out that the fake leader is giving his believers a drug that will temporarily give them strength.

On the other hand, the Rainbow Taxi group sets out another plan to expose the cult, and that is through Ok Ju Man's dead mother.

In "Taxi Driver 2" episode 8, Kim Do Gi makes him think that his mother's soul was inside the shaman. Kim Do Gi uses this as their opportunity to reveal the truth behind the pseudo-religious group by instructing his followers not to gather and promising to return the money.

Unfortunately, his ally, who disguises herself as one of the successful believers of the church, knows too about the leader's bizarre activities.

Due to this, she presents herself as the "mother" of the church in the absence of Ok Ju Man, but he appears at the church and interferes with her plan.

As for the Rainbow Taxi team, they play a video where Ok Ju Man is filmed revealing his scheme to his ally, and mentions how he is using his poor believers for his selfish plans.

Eventually, the church group finds out the leader's real motive with the victim, Lee Jin Sun, returning and asking her sister for an apology.

On the other hand, On Ha Joon visits Kim Do Gi at his place. He makes an excuse of using the bathroom, but it turns out that he is just investigating Do Gi's activities.

Interestingly, Kim Do Gi finds him looking at the photos of the group's activities.

Is this a hint that On Ha Joon's plan got busted?
