THIS ‘Penthouse’ Villain Joins Namgoong Min for Cameo Role in Lee Je Hoon’s ‘Taxi Driver 2’
Lee Je Hoon's drama "Taxi Driver 2" will feature a more interesting character in the upcoming episodes. According to reports, "The Penthouse" star Kim So Yeon will join Namgoong Min for a cameo role.
With this, viewers get to watch the beloved anti-hero Kim Do Gi as he meets fascinating yet intriguing characters, while on his mission to save victims from their perpetrators.
Kim So Yeon To Appear in 'Taxi Driver 2' Finale
As obtained by a media outlet, Kim So Yeon's agency J-Wide Company, confirmed that the award-winning star will have a special appearance in "Taxi Driver 2."
She is set to appear in the finale episode; however, her character is yet to be revealed. Moreover, the agency also shared that the top star has finished filming her scenes.
Namgoong Min Makes Cameo in 'Taxi Driver 2' Episode 9
While Kim So Yeon's special appearance for "Taxi Driver 2" has been set, SBS teased viewers with a cameo in Namgoong Min for episode 9.
Based on the trailer, Kim Do Gi, portrayed by Lee Je Hoon disguises himself as a doctor as he undergoes a new mission. However, a familiar face was seen at the end of the trailer.
"Excuse me, can I borrow a coin?" Do Gi ask the person who just came into the room, which turned out to be Cheon Ji Hoon the eccentric attorney in "One Dollar Lawyer," played by Namgoong Min.

Donning his iconic checkered suit and sunglasses, viewers can't wait to see the possible connection between Do Gi and Cheon Ji Hoon.
'Taxi Driver 2' Episode 9 Release Date, Where to Watch?
Based on the popular webtoon "The Deluxe Taxi," Lee Je Hoon's drama "Taxi Driver 2" focuses on a secret organization that poses by day as a taxi company but goes on a special mission to save and protect victims from their perpetrators.
Chairman Jang Sung Chul, played by Kim Eui Sung is the brain behind the group while Kim Do Gi is his right hand who goes after the villains.
Joining them are Pyo Ye Jin as tech master Ahn Go Eun, while Bae Yoo Ram and Jang Hyuk Jin play the mechanics Park Jin Eon and Choi Kyung Goo.
The second season features a new villain through Shin Jae Ha's mysterious character On Ha Joon. He disguises himself as a rookie driver of the Rainbow Taxi company but secretly gets information regarding Kim Do Gi.
"Taxi Driver 2" episode 9 is scheduled to air on March 24 and can be streamed via SBS and Viu TV.
On the other hand, viewers get to watch new episodes of Lee Je Hoon's drama every Friday and Saturday.
