Lee Shin Young is now a well-recognized South Korean star, thanks to one of his best dramas "Crash Landing on You," he was able to build a great start in his acting career.
The 24-year-old actor started his career when he debuted in the web series "Just One Bite" in 2018. He received massive popularity when he played the role of First Lieutenant Park Kwang Beom in tvN's high-rated drama "CLOY," where he starred along with power couple Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin.
After his small screen break, Lee Shin Young headlined the 2020 series "How to Buy a Friend" alongside "Alchemy of Souls" star Shin Seung Ho.
But originally, the new heartthrob didn't dream of pursuing a career in acting. In his recent media interview on March 30, Shin Young revealed that becoming a model was his childhood dream. He was already imagining putting his model/fashion photos inside his room.

However, that dream of him vanished as he found out that he lacks height, which is very important in modeling. When he was about to try modeling again, his agency recommended he try acting, which eventually worked for him and gave him more opportunities to explore himself.
