Lee Min Jae Confirmed To Star in 'Hyde' With Lee Bo Young

Rising star Lee Min Jae, who received attention through tvN's "Crash Course in Romance," is already booked for another work set for release this 2023.

According to News1 on April 3, Lee Min Jae is confirmed to star in the thriller series "Hyde." It features the story of a woman chasing the truth with a missing person.

Lee Min Jae takes on the role of Do Jin Woo. It has been said that he will portray a new character different from his high school image in "Crash Course in Romance."

Viewers are looking forward to what kind of charisma and synergy with the actors he will showcase in this work. 

Industry's big names Lee Bo Young and Lee Moo Saeng, who just concluded their dramas "Agency" and "The Glory," will also headline the new drama. 

In addition to the report, the "Hyde" cast already finished the script reading and is finally planning to begin filming soon.

In February, the 23-year-old star received massive popularity after starring in Jeon Do Yeon and Jung Kyung Ho's drama "Crash Course in Romance." He played as Seo Gun Hoo, a student in the same class as Nam Hae Yi (Roh Yoon Seo). He formed a love triangle with Hae Yi and Lee Sun Jae (Lee Chae Min). 

Lee Min Jae also appeared in dramas "Cheer Up," "Love All Play," "Hunted," "The Golden Spoon," "Trolley," and more.

Meanwhile, aside from the thriller drama, Lee Min Jae is expected to join the cast of the rom-com series "Oh! Young Shim," along with Super Junior's Donghae, Song Ha Yoon, and Jung Woo Yeon. It has been said that the drama will officially meet the viewers in the second half of 2023.
