Ahn Eun Jin Receives High Praises For 'The Good Bad Mother' Role
Ahn Eun Jin creates a huge buzz with her satisfying performance in the new family drama "The Good Bad Mother."
After a long wait, the series finally made its debut. It's a heartwarming story about a mother who becomes a bad mother for the sake of her prosecutor son who becomes child-like again after an unexpected incident.
Ra Mi Ran plays the role of Jin Young Soon, a loving and coddling mother to Choi Kang Ho, played by Lee Do Hyun, a prosecutor who exudes intense bravado.
In the series, Ahn Eun Jin plays Lee Mi Joo, a hardworking nail technician and Choi Kang Ho's childhood best friend and ex-lover.
Ahn Eun Jin displayed her charisma as she stood up for herself in the first two episodes of the series, where she's being exploited by people who possess great power.
In the pilot episode, she did a pedicure to ballerina Oh Ha Young, played by Hong Bi Ra, who threw a fit when she hurt her foot while Lee Mi Joo was working on her nails.
Thankfully, Lee Mi Joo didn't let her off easily despite being a valued customer and Choi Kang Ho's fiance-this scene became a fan-favorite almost immediately.

Ahn Eun Jin appealed to the viewers as a strong woman who confidently stands against power abuse. After the broadcast, "The Good Bad Mother" received a viewership rating of 4.3%.
Ahn Eun Jin Dishes Honest Feelings On New Acting Role
During the press conference for "The Good Bad Mother," Ahn Eun Jin displayed her affection for her role, saying that she sees herself in Lee Mi Joo.
"Lee Mi Joo and I always stay positive even if we're facing difficult situations," Ahn Eun Jin reasoned. "It's what makes us stronger in life."
Ra Mi Ran, a veteran co-star, also praises the young actress, saying that she's a bright and positive energy that makes the series even more interesting.
As for her characterization, many viewers still regard her as Chu Min Ha, her character in the smash hit medical series "Hospital Playlist."
Ahn Eun Jin is grateful for being remembered as her character that she loved as well. However, she's more determined to make the viewers remember her as Lee Mi Joo."
She stated, "I want people to say that I did well in this ["The Good Bad Mother"] as well. It's a win for me."
The actress thanks every supporter who tuned in to the first week of the series. On the other hand, "The Good Bad Mother" airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 10:30 p.m. KST on JTBC Drama!
