Yoo Ah In's home in Itaewon is reportedly having trouble with its salability on the real estate market.

The issue is amid the award winning star's crisis since he has been involved in drug charges along with an ongoing investigation.

Yoo Ah In's 8 Billion KRW Property in Itaewon is 'Difficult to Sell'

In an exclusive report cited by Star News, Yoo Ah In's house, located in the up-and-coming affluent neighborhood of Itaewon, has not been sold despite the property being up for sale for more than two years.

The actor bought the property back in 2016 for 5.8 billion won, but its real estate value now jumps to 8 billion KRW, or around 6,001,000 USD.

To recall, Yoo Ah In's house appeared for the first time in an episode of "I Live Alone" back in 2020.

The mansion like property is four stories tall, which includes the basement.

The modern styled house also boasts a special wine storage and tasting room, a spacious living room, a contemporary kitchen, a mini garden in the backyard for his cats, and a supersized bathroom located in the master's bedroom.

As obtained by a media outlet, Yoo Ah In says that his home "doesn't really have a concept" and described it as a mix of everything."

"I never really had a concept in mind. It's everything I prefer, picked out and thrown together as I go," he explained in "I Live Alone."

Apart from having a modern feel to it, Yoo Ah In's house has a lot of artwork, making it look like a mini art gallery.

Unfortunately, after three years since the property got featured in the MBC show, his Itaewon home got raided by the police due to the actor's involvement with illegal drugs.

Back in March, as the probe regarding Yoo Ah In's drug scandal continued, investigators were sent to the property to gather more evidence regarding the case.

Yoo Ah In's House Seized by Authorities

In a report cited by the Korea Times, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA) seized his home as part of the probe into allegations of illicit drug use.

Besides the actor's property, authorities also conducted a search and seizure of clinics and hospitals that were suspected of prescribing or providing the actor with illegal substances.

It was after Yoo Ah In tested positive for four types of drugs: cocaine, ketamine, marijuana, and propofol.

Moreover, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety also suspects the actor of using propofol more than 100 times since 2021.

Due to the drug controversy, the award winning star is barred from leaving South Korea, which prompted him to withdraw from the upcoming sequel of "Hellbound."

With Yoo Ah In leaving the thriller mystery series, he was replaced by Kim Sung Cheol of "Our Beloved Summer."
