On May 19, Bae Suzy's Instagram featured the actress wearing a pink two-piece bikini and a diving mask as she plunged into a pool.

With an artistic approach, she mentioned that it's her first time swimming in her life.

For some, it may seem usual, but for Bae Suzy, she revealed that it's her way of overcoming aquaphobia, or fear of water.

"The salty pool air, the wind blowing my face. A perfect day to be at the pool," she wrote, along with a video of her enjoying the water.

Interestingly, fans flocked to the comment section as everyone gushed over the singer-actress' latest Instagram post.

Oh My Girl's Arin, also commented and seemed stunned by Bae Suzy's bravery.

Did Bae Suzy Go on a Trip With Nana and Jang Hee Ryung?

Following Bae Suzy's Instagram post, Nana, a former member of After School, showed a glimpse of her tripe with celebrity friends Jang Hee Ryung and Bae Suzy.

On her Instagram, Nana, mentioned that it was the trio's "healing trip," along with a hashtag that says "#SpecialAndPrecious."

Fans were delighted to see their overflowing visuals, especially the unexpected friendship between Nana and Suzy.

To recall, Jang Hee Ryung is one of the "Start-Up" star's close friends in showbiz, while Nana and Jang Hee Ryung both starred in the K-drama "Four Sons."

What's Next for Bae Suzy?

Two years after her hit K-drama "Start-Up," the singer-actress made a comeback for the novel-based series "Anna," where she impressed viewers with her dual roles as Lee Yoo Mi and Lee Anna.

Interestingly, she was nominated for Best Actress at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards for her role in "Anna," but it was Song Hye Kyo of "The Glory" who took home the title.

Initially, he tried to avoid her but got curious about Lee Doo Na's mysterious life.

Based on the webtoon, "The Girl Downstairs," Bae Suzy's new drama "Doona" targets release in 2023 but will premiere on Netflix.
