While Kim Dong Wook and Jin Ki Joo find the real culprit behind the murders in their village, the two discover things that show their connections that they never have seen before.

"My Perfect Stranger" makes their world look smaller than before. Keep on reading to know more.

Is Baek Hee Seob The Real Killer?

Yoon Hae Joon (Kim Dong Wook) and Baek Yoon Young (Jin Ki Joo) believe that they got the murder case all wrong as there could be an entire array of suspects.

However, all the evidence points to Baek Yoo Seob (Hong Seung An) who only uses Baek Yoon Young's father as a decoy.

Things get more interesting as the murder is supposed to take place very soon, and the duo have finally realized that they need to save Lee Kyung Ae (Hong Na Hyun), Baek Yoon Young's aunt.

Because of her ambition, she becomes the target of scammers who promise to make her the next Miss Korea, especially since she comes from a poor family.

At school, both Baek Yoon Young and Yoon Hae Joon work together to stop the inevitable situation from occurring by looking for their suspects.

Meanwhile, Yoo Beom Ryong (Joo Yeon Woo) coerces Lee Soon Ae (Seo Ji Hye) into sleeping with him as he'd been "waiting for this to happen" for so long.

Baek Hee Seob (Lee Won Jung) then attacks Yoo Beom Ryong, saying that they can't be friends anymore after his nasty stint.

An Inevitable Doom

Despite trying to stop what was bound to happen, a cold murder occurred. Unfortunately for Yoon Hae Joon and Baek Yoon Young, they couldn't single out who the killer is.

The police arrive at the scene to investigate. Baek Yoon Young finds a matchbox that once again tells her that "a woman who reads is dangerous," as if trying to tell something.

However, their doom isn't over as Yoon Hae Joon finds Lee Kyung Ae dead on the spot in another murder scene.

This means that the timeline of the past has moved up a lot quicker than they expected. Yoon Hae Joon then works on fixing their car in order to return to the present time.

Amidst all the murder in town, Yoon Yeon Woo (Jung Jae Kwang) arrives. He's the son of the school's principal who studies engineering in the United States.

Elsewhere, Baek Yoon Young finds her mother's younger self at a cliff's edge, planning to take her own life after all the tragic things that had happened around them.

Yoon Hae Joon arrives at their location and saves them both. Baek Yoon Young then embraces the former to show her gratitude to him.

Go Mi Sook's Suspicious Alliance

The two then once again try to decipher who the killer is. However, they are certain that their suspects are not the murderers.

They soon realize that the evidence points to Go Mi Sook (Ji Hye Won) who met up with Baek Hee Seob before, showing her the blue cap that she retrieved from the boy.

Knowing his plans, Go Mi Sook asks him for a collaboration. However, Baek Hee Seob gets arrested by the police at the end of the episode despite being innocent.
