From having the "wedding of the century" to being hailed as the "couple of the century," the "Crash Landing on You" stars are stepping up their A-game in real estate.
Hyun Bin & Son Ye Jin's Home is Worth THIS Much!
As mentioned by a media outlet, the celebrity couple once again gained the attention of the media and public after tvN's program "Free Doctor," featured Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's house.
Located in the affluent Achiul Village, in Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do, the area is a prime spot near a peaceful hilly area.
Moreover, it is a half-hour drive from the capital's downtown, making it a favorite residential spot of top celebrities, from K-drama actors to K-pop stars.
According to the report, the actor acquired it around January 2021 for 4.8 billion won, which he bought in cash. Now, the 330 square feet reportedly served as their marital home.
Host Kim So Young was amazed by the stunning interior, especially the lounge area, which she said "looks like a hotel."
In addition, the first floor boasts a high end ambiance with a glimpse of Achasan and the Han River over the window.

The floor-to-ceiling window also showcases a picturesque view of the Seoul skyline.
Initially, there were speculations that Hyun Bin bought the property to serve as his and Son Ye Jin's marital home, especially since the couple had just announced their engagement.
At the time, the actor's agency, VAST Entertainment, denied it and clarified that the property is his private residence.
"It was not purchased as a marital home. We cannot confirm the details because this concerns a private residence," the label said, as obtained by the media outlet.
Interestingly, besides Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's home, Han So Hee also bought a property in Achiul Village for a whopping 1.6 million USD.
"Cafe Minamdang" star Oh Yeon Seo is also a neighbor of the celebrity couple and Han So Hee after acquiring it for about 5 million USD in November 2020.

Following their wedding and welcoming their first baby, the first-time parents are back in business.
Hyun Bin has just starred in back-to-back films after his successful big-screen comeback for "Confidential Assignment 2: International" in 2022.
This year, he headlined "The Point Men" with the equally talented Hwang Jung Min, where he transformed into an NIS agent.
In addition, he will have an upcoming movie with Jeon Yeo Bin and "Narco-Saints" star Jo Woo Jin in the action-packed film "Harbin."
As for Son Ye Jin, she has been keeping fans updated through her Instagram, posting snippets of her endorsements.
