Choi Kang Ho Learns About Jin Young Soo's Illness
The new episode begins with Lee Mi Joo (Ahn Eun Jin) sauntering towards Choi Kang Ho's (Lee Do Hyun) home.
After how many years, she finds the courage to tell her ex-lover that he's the father of her twin children. Unfortunately, her plan gets halted when Jin Young Soon (Ra Mi Ran) passes out.
At the hospital, Choi Kang Ho learns about his mother's illness. He begs his mother to recover immediately, even promising that he will never like Lee Mi Joo again.
Jin Young Soon refuses to get admitted in the hospital, saying that she wants to live her remaining days in a meaningful way, much to Choi Kang Ho's distaste.
A Piece of Truth
Bang Sam Shik (Yoo In Soo) finds the DNA test result and a memory card inside Lee Mi Joo's bag during the commotion inside the hospital.
After learning the truth, blood rushes to his head. Meanwhile, Jin Young Soon blames Lee Mi Joo for breaking off Choi Kang Ho's blind date.
Lee Mi Joo's mother and Jin Young Soon get into a fight, saying that Lee Mi Joo shouldn't be blamed for anything Choi Kang Ho does.
Bang Sam Shik then arrives, revealing the memory card that contains Oh Tae Soo (Jung Woong In) and Song Woo Byeok's (Choi Moo Sung) conversation, revealing Choi Kang Ho's connection to the woman who was murdered in the news.
This makes Choi Kang Ho extremely scared. Bang Sam Shik then promises to use the recording against the assemblyman, not mentioning what he found about Lee Mi Joo's twins.

Choi Kang Ho and Jin Young Soon find themselves at their late father and husband's grave. He finally comes to terms with his mother's illness despite it breaking his heart.
Jin Young Soo then apologizes to Lee Mi Joo's mother later that night, saying that she wants to be on good terms with her before she dies.
Choi Kang Ho Begins To Remember The Past
Choi Kang Ho and Jin Young Soon go out for a nice meal and some quality time together. They also sleep together that night, reminiscing about the past.
A few moments later, Jin Young Soon is alarmed when their farm gets on fire. She immediately runs to her precious farm, refusing to leave her pigs.
At the end of the episode, Choi Kang Ho, who's preventing his mother from running away, gets knocked out by a falling piece of light. He remembers every moment in the past; from his accident and up until that day.
