Yoon Hae Joon Finds Closure
"My Perfect Stranger" episode 11 begns with Yoon Hae Joon (Kim Dong Wook) who stays at the entrance of a movie theater to see the face of the woman who abandoned him after giving birth.
He sees the woman beside his father. However, another woman who's wearing the same bow as his mother exits the theater, much to his disappointment.
It turns out that the teahouse owner named Chung Ah (Jung Shin Hye) is his mother after Yoon Yeon Woo (Jung Jae Kwang) introduces her as his girlfriend.
After learning more about his mother who abandoned him, Yoon Hae Joon returns to his usual life and digs deeper to find connections between the victims of the serial murder.
He then learns that every victim has books among their stuff, hence the note that says "women who read are dangerous."

Elsewhere, Go Mi Sook (Ji Hye Won) becomes a published author for her debut book "Small Door," and is now gaining media attention.
Woojung Village's Serial Killing Culprit
Baek Yoon Young's (Jin Ki Joo) mother Lee Soon Ae (Seo Ji Hye) is shocked to see her own novel circulating as Go Mi Sook's own writing.
When Lee Soon Ae confronts Go Mi Sook about it, the latter only tells her to shut up if she doesn't want to end up dead like her sister, creating a spine-chilling atmosphere.
It is then revealed that Go Mi Sook stole Lee Soon Ae's novel on the night of Lee Kyung Ae's (Hong Na Hyun) death.
Because of this, Baek Yoon Young convinces Lee Soon Ae to reveal the truth. She takes her to the publishing house and shares all of the possible endings she wrote for the book.
The publisher then retrieves Go Mi Sook's "books" and replaces it with Lee Soon Ae's name, the truthful and rightful owner of the book.
Is There An Accomplice?
After all the ruckus, Go Mi Sook spirals. Her mother gets extremely angry at her. Out of spite, she goes to the police station to whistleblow about the murders that happen in their village.
He confesses that she has seen the murder, her brother Go Min Su (Kim Yeon Woo), who's also been her abuser since they were younger.
At the end of the episode, Yoon Yeon Woo finds a matchbox and becomes cautious of Yoon Hae Joon. Baek Yoon Young also suffers from nightmares about their life in 2021, but she couldn't decipher anything while she's awake.
