‘Dr Romantic 3’ Episode 13 Spoilers: Will Ahn Hyo Seop Go Against Yoo Yeon Seok?
After the unexpected twist in last week's episode, "Dr. Romantic 3" episode 13 is set to showcase the tension between Ahn Hyo Seop Go and Yoo Yeon Seok.
As the medical K-drama is about to reach its finale, viewers are hooked on each episode as it features more revelations and surprises.
Headlined by Han Suk Kyu, he returned as Doldam Hospital's legendary surgeon, Kim Sa Bu.
Joining him for the third season are Lee Sung Kyung and Ahn Hyo Seop, who play Cha Eun Jae and Seon Woo Jin, respectively.

Interestingly, joining as new characters are Lee Kyung Young as Cha Eun Jae's father and Kim Sa Bu's nemesis, Cha Jin Man, and Doldam Hospital's maknae, Lee Seon Wung and Jang Dong Hwa, played by Lee Hong Nae and Lee Shin Young.

In the latest stills released by SBS, the network hints at what to expect in the upcoming season.

Ready for surgery, the new stills suggest a face-off between two skilled doctors.
"A tense encounter between Dong Joo and Woo Jin," the caption reads.
Kang Dong Joo wears a fierce expression as he calls the staff of the Trauma Center. However, Seo Woo Jin looked at his senior with a sharp gaze.
With this, the teaser raises anticipation as it suggests an intense confrontation between a senior and his junior.
Over the comment section, viewers expressed tier excitement to see more of Dr. Kang and what will be his chemistry with the old and new staff.
'Dr. Romantic 3' Episode 12 Highlights
With Cha Jin Man leaving Trauma Center, Kim Sa Bu thought of someone who could replace the former head.
He told Doldam Hospital Director Park Min Guk that "someone more intense" than him will be the next head.
Interestingly, the next seen featured a familiar silhouette.
As Seo Woo Jin passes by the front door, Kang Dong Joo entered the building while Kim Sa Bu welcomed him with a bright smile.
At this point, the longtime staff seemed waiting for the arrival of Kang Dong Joo, especially Dr. Nam, Ms. Oh and park Eun Tak.
Following Yoo Yeon Seok's appearance, "Dr. Romantic 3" achieved an all time high rating.
Interestingly, reports also noted that he will continue to play Dr. Kang till the finale.
