The fifth episode focuses on the group's preparations for Kim Myung Gil.

After they find out that President Choi is still alive and is going against their group, alongside his former men, Lee Doo Young and Hwang Yang Jung, he is determined to kill everyone.

In one scene, Lee Doo Young taught President Choi's adoptive granddaughter, Kim Hyun Joo, how to attack using a big bike.

On the other hand, Kim Gun Woo and Hong Woo Jin were taught how to fight with a knife by Hwang Yang Jung.

Although Kim Hyun Joo, Kim Gun Woo, and Hong Woo Jin failed to get all of Choi Tae Hoo's stash of money and gold bars, their safety is his main concern, especially Hyun Joo, whom she considered her only family.

On their first attempt to infiltrate the group, they were able to capture one of Kim Myung Gil's right-hand men, Im Jang Do.

They tried to torture him, hoping to get intel regarding Kim Myung Gil. Fortunately, they found out his plan to build a casino and dupe the chaebol's son, Director Hong Min Beom, into it.

For "Bloodhounds" episode 6, it depicts the story about how President Choi Tae Ho adopted Kim Hyun Joo. As he was attending the funeral of a friend, he saw a young girl who couldn't stop crying about her father's death.

Lee Doo Young and Hwang Yang Jung found out that Kim Myung Gil, who used to be one of President Choi's men, would threaten their clients if they couldn't pay on time. One of these is Hyun Joo's father.

Feeling guilty about what happened, he adopted Hyun Joo and taught her about fighting and defending herself.

The episode also featured the deaths of Lee Doo Young and Hwang Yang Jung at the hands of Kim Myung Gil.

Apart from the two, President Choi was also killed by Kim Myung Gil's right hand man, and trusted bloodhound, Kang In Beom. At this point, Kim Hyun Joo's world was shattered.

As for Kim Gun Woo, he saved Hong Woo Jin from the attack. Thankfully, he was able to recover.

At this point, the duo needs to lie low to find Kim Myung Gil, with the help of Mr. Oh, President Choi's trusted aide.

However, they got back on track and met Director Hong Min Beom and his cousin Min Kang Yong, who were also victims of Myung Gil.

In addition, the duo got reunited with President Choi's former men, Moon Gwang Mu, to save Mr. Oh from the kidnapping.

Thankfully, Mr. Oh's grandaughter, Oh Da Min, is an ace archer and played a big role during the attack.

After saving Mr. Oh, they helped Director Hong Min Beom after being blackmailed by Myung Gil.

Due to this discovery, they sought the help and connection of Director Hong Min Beom, but for infiltrating the ship, it was only up to Gun Woo and Woo Jin.

They managed to locate Kim Myung Gil, who is bound for Vietnam.

Fortunately, they were able to defeat them, and as for the gold, Gun Woo decides to donate it to charity, like Chairman Choi wants.

However, Director Hong Min Beom gifted them two bars each to have a fresh start.
