'Tale of the Nine Tailed' Season 3: Will the Production Create New Sequel
Based on a news cited by a media outlet on June 13, the production team is positively considering making "Tale of the Nine Tailed" Season 3!
In particular, the production even asked the actors about their interest to participate in season 3, in which they received positive responses from the cast. In addition, the cast members also expressed special affection for the series.
"Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938" concluded with a successful mark and received soaring favorable reviews. It has been said that due to the success of season 2, the team plans to release a new season.
"Tale of the Nine Tailed" Season 1 featured the romance between Lee Yeon, a gumiho who lives in the modern era, and producer Nam Ji Ah who chases after him.

Three years later, book two, which takes place in "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938," was released.
In this second installment, the story focused on Lee Yeon's journey to return to the modern era after getting summoned in 1938.
'Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938' Makes Successful Conclusion
Retaining some of its lead stars Lee Dong Wook, Kim Bum, Kim Yong Ji, and Hwang Hee, the K-drama was able to maintain its quality.
Aside from the original cast members, new faces were introduced. Kim So Yeon and Ryoo Kyung Soo joined the cast lineup for the new season.
In particular, Kim So Yeon's participation added to the drama's success. Based on the records, the new actress' appearance contributed to the high ratings of the fantasy drama, as well as the interesting stories that happened in book two.
Nielsen Korea stated that "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938" achieved its highest viewership rating record of 8.0 percent in episode 16, aired on June 11.
Interestingly, in the last part of season 2, an epilogue featuring Lee Yeon traveling to the Joseon era was shown, raising expectations for season 3.
Season 1 female lead, Jo Bo Ah, made a cameo in "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938" episode 16. Many were also surprised after knowing that the actress appeared without receiving a talent fee, showing her love and support for the series.
