SF9 Rowoon In Talks To Star In New Historical Drama + Agency Releases Statement
SF9 Rowoon proves that he's Hallyu's most sought-after actor as another historical series cast him as the male lead.
The actor is currently reviewing various offers and the new historical work is an addition to his growing collection of future projects, much to fans' excitement.

Rowoon Cast To Headline Upcoming drama 'Takryu'
Rowoon might appear in a brand new historical drama this 2023. The booked and busy idol-actor was reportedly in talks to star as the lead actor for the upcoming drama "Takryu" (working title).
It is helmed by "The Slave Hunters" writer Cheon Sung Il, and follows the life of a young man who lives as a gang member before becoming a legend of Joseon.
On June 29, the actor's agency, FNC Entertainment, stated that "Takryu" is among the projects that he's offered. Despite his busy schedule, Rowoon is reviewing the works with a positive mind.
If he accepts the casting offer, "Takryu" will mark his return to the small screen with a new historical drama, following the success of "The King's Affection."

In addition, the idol-actor is also in talks for another historical drama "Wedding Match" (working title), which he's also currently reviewing thoroughly.

'Destined With You' To Premiere This Summer
Excitement for Rowoon and Jo Bo Ah's romance drama "Destined With You" is through the roof as it's slated to make its debut this summer.
Earlier this month, the JTBC drama announced that the work will greet the viewers in August with its perfectly helmed romance story.
Jo Bo Ah plays Lee Hong Jo, a civil servant who retrieves a forbidden book from 300 years ago in order to save a man from an unbreakable curse while Rowoon portrays attorney Jang Shin Yu who inherits a mortifying curse from his ancestors.
"Destined With You" is a romance drama that focuses on two strangers' fateful meeting without knowing that they were destined to meet from the beginning. It also centers on love, self rediscovery and friendship.
Attention is given to Jo Bo Ah and Rowoon who meet for the first time in the new JTBC series. The drama haven't announced the exact date of premiere so stay tuned for more updates.
