Running on its third week on primetime, the rom-com series "King the Land" broke another record as it skyrocketed to double-digit rating.

'King the Land' Attains Double-Digit Rating

JTBC's weekend drama "King the Land" broke its own highest ratings in its third week on primetime.

In particular, in "King the Land" episode 6, which aired on July 2, the relationship between Gu Won (Lee Junho) and Cheon Sa Rang (YoonA) deepened. While romance progressed further, viewership also skyrocketed to a double-digit rating, which recorded 12.6 percent in the Seoul metropolitan area.

Nielsen Korea added to its report that the series attained a 12 percent rating nationwide, and achieved the highest viewers rating per minute reaching 14.4 percent.

Meanwhile, episode 5 recorded 9.6 percent nationwide and 10.5 percent in Seoul.

It is expected that "King the Land" will continue to achieve high ratings in the upcoming weeks as the love story between the main leads progresses. 

'See You in My 19th Life' Ends Second Half With Good Ratings

The 12-episode K-drama "See You in My 19th Life," starring Shin Hye Sun and Ahn Bo Hyun, managed to maintain good ratings after it concluded its second half.

According to the data released by Nielsen Korea, episode 5 scored 4.4 percent nationwide and 4.7 in the Seoul area.

Meanwhile, "See You in My 19th Life" episode 6, which aired on July 2, earlier than "King the Land's" time slot, achieved a 5.5 rating nationwide and 5.9 percent in the metropolitan area.

The drama will release the second half of its episodes beginning July 15.

Kim Tae Ri's 'Revenant' Maintains Double-Digit Rating

SBS horror series "Revenant" starring Kim Tae Ri, Oh Jung Se, and Hong Kyung continue to receive a good response from the viewers. The Friday-Saturday drama was able to score 10.8 percent in the metropolitan area in episode 4.

The drama rose to 12.3 percent in its viewership rating per minute. It also maintained its position as the most-watched show on Saturday in its time slot.

"Revenant" is consistent in receiving high rating scores since it debuted last June 23. The 12-episodic series is expected to conclude its run on July 29.
