Lee Dong Wook honestly talked about marriage. During his guest appearance on the Youtube channel "TEO," the South Korean hearthrob showed off his witty side as he happily answered random questions about life and love.

Lee Dong Wook Showcases Ideal Husband Charm

One of the highlights of his interview was when Lee Dong Wook talked about marriage.

The 41-year-old is among the hottest bachelors in Hallyu. Throughout his career, he has been linked to famous stars, including Park Shin Hye, Kwon Nara, Han Hyo Joo, and Jin Se Yeon. He also dated the nation's first love, Bae Suzy, in 2018, but announced their split the same year.

Despite this, the actor expressed his desire to get married one day.

"When I see my friends getting married, I envy them."

Interestingly, he also shared his thoughts about how he wanted his marriage to be in the future.

Known as the housework master, one of the chores he loves doing is cleaning.

In a 2017 interview, he proudly said that he's good at "cleaning, laundry, dishes, and cooking."

However, during his appearance with "TEO," he mentioned that one of his requirements in marriage is taking care of the housework.

"Even if I get married, I will take care of everything. I have my own way of doing housework, and I think I will feel uncomfortable when others do it differently."

Additionally, Lee Dong Wook also sees housework as not just for wives but also for husbands.

"This is my personal opinion. I think household chores are supposed to be done by men."

He explained that some of the chores "require strength, so it's better for men who are stronger to handle them."

Besides housework, Lee Dong Wook also mentioned that he likes taking care of others, especially his co-stars and production crew, during filming.

"Taking responsibility like this and taking care of my people is when I truly feel manly."

What's Next for Lee Dong Wook?

After the successful season of "Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938," with Kim Bum and Kim So Yeon, Lee Dog Wook is set to reprise his role as Lee Yeon, a.k.a. the Gumiho, in the upcoming sequel.

Although tvN and drama officials are yet to confirm the cast lineup and target date of release, the beloved duo is reported to return for "Tale of the Nine-Tailed Season 3."

In addition, he will also headline an upcoming K-drama with "Kingdom" actress Kim Hye Joon.

"The Killer's Shopping Mall" is a novel-based action drama that depicts the story of a girl who was raised by her uncle after losing both her parents. With this, she basically grew up in the shopping mall, where her uncle runs the business.
