In a report, "Not Others" episode 5 reached another milestone as the Monday and Tuesday K-drama aired its fifth episode.
It came after Nielsen Korea recorded an average nationwide rating of 2.9 percent, another increase for the rom-com series following its debut.
With this, Jeon Hye Jin and Choi Sooyoung's new drama marked an all-time high in viewership.
Interestingly, viewers get to watch the latest episode every Monday and Tuesday via ENA, Hulu, and Viki subscribers.
'Not Others' Episode 5 Recap
As viewers get to know more about the mother-daughter tandem, "Not Others," episode 5, focuses on Kim Jin Hee's biological father.
In the previous episode, the story showcased how her mother raised her together with her mom's friend, Mi Jung, whom she considered her second mother.
Because of this, Mi Jung was resentful towards Jin Hee's father since she saw how Kim Eun Mi struggled to raise her daughter.

At the present time, Kim Jin Hee confronted the man whom she noticed had been stalking their neighborhood.
However, she was the one who apologized after Chief Eun Jae Won found no evidence to support Jin Hee's claim.
On the other hand, the mysterious man named Park Jin Hong was a doctor and knew Kim Eun Mi's boss.
He appeared at her workplace, posing as one of the customers.
At this point, Kim Eun Mi knew who he was but expressed coldness toward him.
However, Jin Hong was persistent in talking to Eun Mi. In one of the episodes, the single mother met Park Jin Hong to hear whatever he has to say.
He explained why he disappeared and felt guilty about it.
On the other hand, Kim Eun Mi did mention her daughter, but she denied that it was Park Jin Hong's.
In the latter part of the episode, Park Jin Hong was seen near Kim Eun Mi's neighborhood. However, Kim Jin Hee passed by and saw her mom talking to what she thought was a strange man.
Following the commotion, Kim Eun Mi dropped the bombshell news and revealed that Park Ji Hong was Kim Jin Hee's biological father.
The upcoming episode will showcase how Kim Jin Hee would accept the shocking revalation.
