Lee Joon Hyuk Considering Leading New Romance Drama
In the first half of 2023, Lee Joon Hyuk met the public in the third installment of the movie "The Roundup: No Way Out," where he played as an antagonist. Following this silver screen work, he gave a sneak peek of his potential project.
According to a news outlet on August 22, Lee Joon Hyuk is cast to lead the series "Greeting Relationship" (working title).
It is a romance drama that presents the story of Yoo Eun Ho, the secretary armed with perfection, in front of Kang Ji Yoon, who is the CEO of a popular headhunter company.
Yoo Eun Ho has a warm visual and is a total head-turner. He is a single dad who raises his six-year-old daughter.
Lee Joon Hyuk Shares Thoughts on Romance Dramas
Lee Joon Hyuk is offered to portray Yoo Eun Ho, an all-around secretary. If he confirms his participation in the drama, it will be his first romance genre series after almost five years since "A Poem A Day," which aired in 2018.

Earlier in June, he appeared in tvN's "Yoo Quiz on the Block" and talked about how fans are eager to see him in a romantic series. Yoo Jae Suk praised his handsome looks, and told Lee Joon Hyuk that he deserves to lead a romantic-comedy drama.
As per Lee Joon Hyuk, romance is a genre that is difficult to do. That's why most of his previous works are centered on mystery, action, adventure, and crime.
Expectations are high on whether fans' wishes for Lee Joon Hyuk to star in a romance genre again will come true.
