'The Killing Vote' Episode 3 Recap

The third episode showcases several highlights that play a significant role in the story.

"The Killing Vote" episode 3 continued with Gaetal's second victim, Uhm Eun Kyung, a fraudster who killed her husbands for insurance money.

After being acquitted due to lack of evidence, she continued with his scheme. However, she became part of Gaetal's public assassination after she was tied up to a bomb.

In hopes of preventing this from happening, Chief Kim Moo Chan went to a car with her, but Joo Hyun managed to save her senior in the nick of time before the explosion.

Unfortunately, Uhm Eun Kyung died while Kim Moo Chan was hurt during the incident.

However, the police wanted to manipulate the news and didn't reveal the current situation of the police officer. At this point, everyone was thinking that Gaetal is a heartless human being who wants to do his mission, even if it means that an innocent life will be affected.

As Kim Moo Chan went under the radar, Joo Hyun dug up facts to trace the person behind Gaetal. With the help of his sister, Joo Min, and her classmate, Kim Ji Hoon, they were able to locate the possible hideout of Gaetal.

Seeing the location, Joo Hyun connected it to Kwon Seok Joo. However, as she was about to take a look at more evidence, he was hit in the head by the suspect.

Thankfully, Moo Chan was in the area but didn't get to see who the mysterious person was.

However, with Joo Hyun's evidence, it led them to ask Kwon Seok Joo if he ever knew someone who seemed interested in his case. Joo Hyun was surprised with his response when he said Kim Moo Chan's name.

"Do not trust him," he warned Joo Hyun, hinting that he might be the one behind Gaetal.

Right before they left the vicinity, Gaetal released a video exposing the real status of Kim Moo Chan, who managed to survive the incident.

Will this affect the public's perception of the police?
