'The Uncanny Counter 2' Episode 11: Hwang Pil Gwang Takes Down Ma Joo Seok

In "The Uncanny Counter 2" Episode 11, Ma Joo Seok's (Jin Seon Kyu) plan of killing Hwang Pil Gwang (Kang Ki Young) backfires after the latter takes over his body.

The strongest evil spirit then wreaks havoc while in Ma Joo Seok's body. Unfortunately, Na Jeok Beong (Yoo In Soo) can't identify the two evil spirits' scents anymore.

This was because Hwang Pil Gwang has already taken over his body and soul completely which leaves the Counters stunned.

Hwang Pil Gwang becomes the most impenetrable evil spirit that can no longer be summoned nor exterminated with sheer power.

He also changes Ma Joo Seok's looks as he tracks down So Mun (Jo Byung Gyu) for their final duel.

Is Ma Joo Seol Still Alive?

So Mun enters Ma Joo Seok's consciousness where he finds Hwang Pil Gwang. The two fight without second thoughts, eager to take each other down.

When he is suppressed by Hwang Pil Gwang, he believes that Ma Joo Seok saves him from eternal defeat which leaves him in confusion.

Ga Mo Tak (Yoo Jun Sang) goes in search of Ma Joo Seok. He reaches Hwang Pil Gwang's hideout who doesn't hesitate to take him down.

The evil spirit peeks into his mind to track down the other Counters. Because of this, Ga Mo Tak and So Mun later get into a fight over their different beliefs.

So Mun Stands For What He Believes In

Do Ha Na also believes that their old friend is still alive which once again angers Ga Mo Tak. Previously, one of their subordinates had been killed after they tried to save Ma Joo Seok.

Meanwhile, Na Jeok Beong once again smells the putrid odor that announces Hwang Pil Gwang's arrival.

The Counters' Final Duel

Choi Jang Mul (Ahn Seok Hwan) then tells the new Counter to press the self-destruct button to blow up their base. Sadly, Na Jeok Beong gets caught by Hwang Pil Gwang.

With this, So Mun is left with no choice but to press the button and asks every Counter to leave their hideout. He gets trapped inside with Hwang Pil Gwang.

The other Counters try their best to re-enter the hideout to save So Mun. Do Ha Na rushes to him, revealing that their old friend is still alive. Despite Hwang Pil Gwang's attacks, the Counters are given a new-found hope.
