'My Lovely Liar' Episode 16: Mok Sol Hee's Family Receives Closure
After accepting that her lie-detecting abilities have faded away, Mok Sol Hee (Kim So Hyun) and Kim Do Ha (Hwang Minhyun) celebrated through the night.
In the "My Lovely Liar" Episode 16, the two finally express their undying love for one another. The former's ex Lee Kang Min (Seo Ji Hoon) also bids his goodbye and moves on.
Things are going smoothly for their relationship. Even Mok Sol Hee's family also finally gets its much-deserved closure. Mok Sol Hee meets Cha Hwang Sook (Jin Kyung) and Mok Tae Seop (Ahn Nae Sang), her parents, and talk as a family.
It is revealed that her mother plans to remarry but what surprises Mok Sol Hee is her father's eagerness to win her mother's heart back.
Mok Sol Hee Regains Power
Mok Tae Seop holds out a ring to Cha Hwang Sook, promising to rewrite their lifetime. However, Mok Sol Hee's mother doesn't want to live with them anymore.
Just when her mother declines his proposal, Mok Sol Hee regains her ability to detect a lie and calls out her mother, stepping in to reunite her parents.
After her ability returns, Mok Sol Hee decides to quit her job as a liar hunter. She starts anew by working at her cafe.

Meanwhile, Kim Do Ha wins the best composer award at a prestigious awards ceremony. He feels ecstatic after his dreams come true.
He says that he will share his glory with the woman who believed in him more than he did himself, showcasing his affection to Mok Sol Hee.
Kim Do Ha Reunites With Jo Deuk Chan
Kim Do Ha and Jo Deuk Chan (Yoon Ji On) meet for the first time since their fallout. The latter congratulates the other for winning the award.
Jo Deuk Chan also asks for his forgiveness for what he has done. He also reveals that Choi Uhm Ji (Song Ji Hyun) feels grateful for Kim Do Ha's existence as he once saved her from falling into the pit of depression.
Kim Do Ha appreciates Jo Deuk Chan's honesty, and gives his old friend a second chance.
Mok Sol Hee Says Yes
At the end of the episode, Kim Do Ha asks Mok Sol Hee's parents for her hand in marriage, creating an extremely romantic atmosphere.
Mok Sol Hee says "yes" to her lover's proposal, and professes her love for the other. They also go to the Manchester United vs. West Ham game together.
The two show their immense affection for one another with their bright smiles that Mok Sol Hee guarantees aren't fake, creating a beautiful ending for the two of them as well as the viewers.
