'Arthdal Chronicles 2' Episode 5: Aramun's Last Prophecy

After Tanya (Shin Se Kyung) announces that Aramun is an Igutu, Tagon (Jang Dong Gun) falls unconscious in "Arthdal Chronicles 2" episode 5.

The people of Arthdal are now divided on whether to worship the purple blood or refuse the changes.

Tagon continues to bleed purple blood, much to his people's disappointment. Tanya then sees a bird that brings the prophecy from Aramun.

When his sword is revealed, the real Aramun will know his mission. Tanya guides everyone with her words and power that she possesses.

Tae Alha Continues To Move

Tae Alha (Kim Ok Vin) visits her son with a grateful heart. However, she remembers Tanya's advice to let him step down from being a king.

Elsewhere, Eunseom (Lee Joon Gi) is determined to become an Aramun in order to achieve peace between his people and the Inaishingi.

Saya (Lee Joon Gi) also parts ways with the Neanthals to begin his big revenge plan. However, a group of Igutu comes to attack him. One man calls him a god Ikomahi and dies.

Tagon loses consciousness again before Eunseom escapes, which allows the Arthdal people to learn about the truth: he's actually Saya.

He is told to never come back to Arthdal. However, Eunseom sees the iron sword and sees his ambition intensify.

Eunseom Claims Aramun's Sword

Eunseom begins to slash his sword while the people worry about the trouble he could bring to Tanya. A lighting scar is seen on Eunseom's arm and cheek.

His eyes then glow in a purple hue, surprising everyone who witnesses the duel. Eunseom takes his sword and declares it as his and Aramun's sword.

At the end of the episode, Eunseom announces that he now accepts the mission to become the Inaishingi and Aramun, and stabs the sword into the sacred tree.
