'The Wedding Battle' Drops Rowoon & Cho Yi Hyun's Teasers
On September 25, broadcast network KBS2 released the teasers for its upcoming romance drama "The Wedding Battle," raising the prospective viewers' anticipation.
Starring Rowoon and Cho Yi Hyun, "The Wedding Battle" depicts the meeting between a young widow and widower who both struggle to marry off four maidens in the Joseon dynasty.
Rowoon transforms into the handsome Shim Jung Woo whose marriage life gets cursed after a princess dies during his wedding ceremony.
In his character poster, he wears a violet hanbok and a gat (Korean traditional clothing and hat) as he elicits charismatic appeal.
On the other hand, Cho Yi Hyun plays Jung Soon Deok, the self-proclaimed "best matchmaker" in Hanyang City. She lives a comfortable life as a daughter-in-law of the vice premiere's family.
Her character poster captures her undeniable charms as the Joseon cupid who confidently dons a gache (Korean traditional wig) adorned by colorful trinkets.
