Lee Ju Myoung To Play Sports Coach In New Drama
Earlier this 2023, it was announced that rising actress Lee Ju Myoung is set to make her much anticipated drama comeback with Jang Dong Yoon.
The two couple up in the forthcoming rom-com series "Flowers Bloom Even in the Sand," which follows the youth's struggles to bloom in their lives as wrestling athletes.
Lee Ju Myoung takes on the role of Oh Yoo Kyung, a sports coach who possesses innate athleticism and competitiveness. She's also gifted with great visuals that can't go unnoticed.
Meanwhile, Jang Dong Yoon transforms into Kim Baek Doo, a flyweight wrestling athlete whose team is on the verge of disbanding.
Due to mishaps and crises, Oh Yoo Kyung and Kim Baek Doo fatefully meet, finding salvation in one another as romance blooms between them.
In addition, Yoon Jong Seok, Kim Bo Ra, Lee Jae Joon and Lee Joo Seung also join the cast lineup to further strengthen the show.

Currently, "Flowers Bloom Even in the Sand" is in the middle of its production with the intention to release it within the year. There's still no news regarding its exact premiere so stay tuned.
