A Glimpse Into Yoon Chung Ah's Past

The new episode of "Twinkling Watermelon" begins with a glimpse into Yoon Chung Ah's (Shin Eun Soo) life.

She has been living a cruel life since she was born as she grew up with a difficulty in hearing. Thankfully, her mother taught her sign language.

When she became older, she was then enrolled in a sign language program to receive speech lessons. Sadly, her teacher was extremely abusive.

Yoon Chung Ah was often locked up in the basement as a punishment, making her already difficult life even more undesirable.

Yoon Chung Ah's First Love

After meeting Ha Lee Chan (Choi Hyun Wook), Yoon Chung Ah finds another reason to appreciate life. He is her ray of sunshine.

Whenever she's stuck in a sticky situation, he always comes to rescue her. Because of this, her feelings for the boy grew stronger, eventually falling in love with him.

Yoon Chung Ah plans to confess but just when she is about to reveal her true feelings, Choi Se Kyung (Seol In Ah) comes back to South Korea.

Meanwhile, Choi Se Kyung and Ha Lee Chan became closer to one another and even went out on exciting dates, giving Yoon Chung Ah no chance to express her love to the boy.

Ha Eun Gyeol Grows Anxious

Ha Eun Gyeol (Ryeoun) becomes extremely bothered with Ha Lee Chan and Choi Se Kyung's sudden closeness.

He then thinks of ways to keep the two from seeing each other in order to save his current parents' relationship from unexpected changes.

On the other hand, Ha Lee Chan tries to change the setlist for an event. This doesn't sit right with Ha Eun Gyeol especially when he gives more time to Choi Se Kyung tna the band.

Ha Eun Gyeol's New Mission

He and Ha Lee Chan get into a fight, resulting in him quitting the band. Ha Eun Gyeol also leaves the latter's home and wanders in the streets again.

While strolling, he receives a phone call, asking him to find the truth why he is sent to the past. Elsewhere, Ha Lee Chan feels guilty about his actions towards Yoon Chung Ah. He goes out to apologize to her who suddenly collapsed due to high fever.
