‘A Good Day to Be a Dog’ Episode 1: Park Gyu Young Accidentally Confesses to Cha Eun Woo

Han Hae Na's (Park Gyu Young) journey in breaking the curse has finally begun following her accidental confession to Jin Seo Won (Cha Eun Woo) in "A Good Day to Be a Dog" episode 1.

'A Good Day to Be a Dog' Episode 1: Han Hae Na Mistook Jin Seo Won as Lee Bo Gyeom

Due to an ancient curse, Hae Na's family members turn into dogs every time they kiss someone. She refused to kiss her partners no matter how long she dated them. 

Han Hae Na works as a teacher at Garam High School with two young professors, Lee Bo Gyeom (Lee Hyun Woo) and Jin Seo Won. She has a crush on Bo Gyeom and wonders why Seo Won always avoided her. 

She is known as BUKC "Breaking Up Kissing Couples" as she constantly attempts to keep students from making out in class. While having their lunch, Lee Bo Gyeom invited Hae Na and her friend who is also a teacher, Cheon Song Yi for drinks and a barbecue after class, to which the two agreed. 

They were on their way to the resto when the group found a pet shelter. Hae Na learned that her crush likes dogs, while Seo Won stayed away and awkwardly walked out. The four started the drinking session and later on, Han Yoo Na joined them. 

Hae Na received a text stating that her ex-boyfriend was married to her former best friend. She started drinking aggressively and later on learned Lee Bo Gyeom has no ideal type, making her plan a move to confess.

Seo Won went out to answer a call, while Bo Gyeom followed him. Song Yo told Hae Na to finally confess to her crush. She went outside and recognized Bo Gyeom's jacket. She rushed to confess and kissed him. She realized that the person she was kissing was Jin Seon Won and not Bo Gyeom. 

Han Hae Na's Curse Begins After Kissing Jin Seo Won

Han Hae Na ran and realized the curse might happen in a minute. She turned into a dog and walked home. Luckily her friend Woo Taek and sister recognized her despite transforming into a dog. 

Hae Na's sister elaborated to her friend about the curse and her sister will turn back into her human form at dawn, six hours from midnight. Hae Na has 100 days to break the curse or else she will become a dog forever. 

Hae Na shared with her sister what happened and tried to help her calm. 

After Han Hae Na had courage, she went to school and apologized to Jin Seo Won. Later on, she invited him for a drink to make up for her mistake. But she wanted to kiss Seo Won again while she was in dog form to break the curse.

At first Seo Won refused Hae Na's invitation but later on agreed to join her for a drink. She tried to get Seo Won drunk. 

After drinking a glass of beer and soju, Seo Won got drunk. Hae Na then prepared as it was about to be past midnight and she will finally turn into a dog. She called Seo Won and asked him to come to an alley by the resto. 

Hae Na already turned into a dog and attempted to kiss Seo On hoping to become human. However, in reality, seeing a dog caused Seo Won to panic, and he then tried to flee from her. Hae Na found out that Seo Won was afraid of dogs.
