As "The Worst of Evil" gets into its final week, Ji Chang Wook revealed the secret behind his steamy kiss scene with co-star BIBI.

After 12 episodes, the action-packed K-drama bids goodbye to viewers as the Disney+ series airs its finale episode today, October 25.

Releasing the show's last 3 episodes, viewers will get to see how senior police officer Park Joon Mo will wrap things up with Gangnam Union boss Jung Ki Chul.

On the other hand, besides the highly anticipated finale, an episode in "The Worst of Evil" gained huge attention not just from viewers but also from netizens.

Ji Chang Wook Mentions His Kissing Scene With BIBI in 'The Worst of Evil'

Portrating the role of undercover police officer Park Joon Mo, Ji Chang Wook transforms into the right-hand man of Jung Ki Chul (Wi Ha Joon) as they handle one of the notorious gangs in Seoul.

Being an undercover, Park Joon Mo had to forget about his personal life, including being a wife to Yoo Eui Jung (Im Se Mi).

To successfully seal the deal with the investors, he had to build a close and trustworthy relationship with Korean Chinese businesswoman Lee Hae Ryeon, played by BIBI.

In the series, Ms. Lee shows how attracted she is to Park Joon Mo; however, their relationship from business to personal leads one thing to another, with "The Worst of Evil" showcasing an intense kissing scene between BIBI and Ji Chang Wook's characters.

According to the actor, the intimate scene was different from the ones he did before, adding, "It was not an easy scene," as mentioned by a media outlet.

Interestingly, Ji Chang Wook and BIBI managed to pull off such a steamy romantic scene that surely sent viewers into a major frenzy.

"It was the first time I had such an emotionally intense kiss," he said, adding, "I couldn't avoid it. I had to accept Hae-ryeon's (BIBI's character) kiss for the operation."

The actor also commended the production since he mentioned that the "filming and editing helped the scene turn out well."

What's Next for Ji Chang Wook After 'The Worst of Evil'?

Following the finale of "The Worst of Evil," Ji Chang Wook is set to headline back-to-back K-dramas in December 2023-2024.

Among his next projects is the romance-life K-drama "Welcome to Samdalri" with Shin Hye Sun.

In "The Worst of Evil," Ji Chang Wook transforms into a passionate weather forecaster, Cho Yong Pil.

Next to "Welcome to Samdalri," viewers will get to see him star in the webtoon-based adventure series "The Hooligans" with Ryu Seung Ryong as well as headlining the upcoming historical series "Queen Woo," which will premiere in 2024.
