Jo In Sung Shares Secret on How Han Hyo Joo Joined ‘Unexpected Business’ Season 3

Jo In Sung revealed an interesting story on how he recruited celebrity guests like Han Hyo Joo to join "Unexpected Business" season 3 as part-timers.

During the online press conference for the reality program, the actor, along with co-stars Cha Tae Hyun, Park Byung Eun, and the producing directors Ryu Hyo Jin and Ryu In Hoe, graced the event to share a glimpse of what to expect on the show.

"Unexpected Business" season 3 showcases an interesting lineup of part-timers.

Joining Park Byung Eun are Im Ju Hwan, Yoon Kyung Ho, Park Kyung Rim, Kim Ah Joong, Park In Bee, and Hong Kyung Min, as well as Park Bo Young and Han Hyo Joo, who previously appeared on the show.

At the press conference, Jo In Sung revealed his secret on how he recruited these top stars.

Jo In Sung and Cha Tae Hyun showcase their friendship in the reality program "Unexpected Business." For the third season, they are running a local Korean market store in California along with the part-timers. From selling goods to cooking, the duo will be overseeing the whole store.

Interestingly, Jo In Sung shared details regarding the recruitment process.

"I begged them without hesitation, even surrendering my pride," he joked, as cited by a media outlet.

Hinting that his convincing powers were not enough, he had to make extra efforts for the actors to agree.

"After they worked, I wanted to buy them a meal, but they wouldn't answer my calls."

Jo In Sung Shares Highlights in 'Unexpected Business' Season 3

In the first two seasons of "Unexpected Business," Jo In Sung and Cha Tae Hyun were in provinces in South Korea.

The first was in Woncheon Ri, Hwacheon-gun in Gangwon-do, while the second season was in Gongsan-myeon, Naju in South Jeolla-do. As for "Unexpected Business" season 3 location, it's in Monterey, California, United States.

As obtained by a news outlet, Jo In Sung proudly talks about his new menu, which includes a snow crab ramen, and describes it as an essential part of Unexpected Business" season 3.

"Just like when we learned how to make snow crab ramen, we were taught the secret of dried pollack hangover soup," he said, adding, "As for the rest, we add new menus as guests come. I think we can show a variety of foods."

Jo In Sung also shared that Yeom Jung Ah's sikhye, also known as a traditional rice punch, is a sure hit in their store.

"Also, new drinks are coming out. Senior Yeom Jeong-ah's sikhye is famous for being delicious, and she especially passed down her secret recipe to us," he said, adding that Kyung Ho Yoon introduced Yeom Jung-Ah Sikhye' to their American customers.

"Unexpected Business" season 3 premiered on October 26 via tvN and will have a total of 12 episodes for the whole season.
