'The Escape of the Seven' Episode 14: Lee Joon Falls Into Uhm Ki Joon's Trap

As the drama nears its finale, "The Escape of the Seven" episode 14 experiences a slight dip after garnering a huge increase from their previous episode.
In a report, Nielsen Korea recorded an average nationwide rating of 5.6 percent, which is far behind the show's 13th episode's 7.2 percent nationwide rating.

Since the suspense-crime series faced various criticisms due to its plot, "The Escape of the Seven" encountered dwindling viewership.

The characters witnessed how evil K is. It was after he duped everyone into thinking that he was Matthew Lee.
Thankfully, Kang Ki Tak noticed the odd behavior of Matthew Lee, which made him doubt that he might be K.
To warn Min Do Hyuk, he communicated with Yang Jin Mo, but unfortunately, they were abducted separately. All Jin Mo knew that K was Matthew Lee and not Lee Hwi Soo.
At this point, Kang Ki Tak failed to warn others about Matthew Lee's real identity.
K killed Kang Ki Tak to prevent his plan from going to waste. But Geum Ra Hee and Cha Joo Ran saved Kang Ki Tak just to know the exact location of Chairman Bang's stash of money.
However, because of his last breath, the only clue he mentioned was 3-4. Geum Ra Hee then let Kang Ki Tak's body submerge in the water.
On the other hand, since Kang Ki Tak was dead, it was time for Matthew Lee to proceed with his grand plan, which was to take over the Sungchan Group from his father, Chairman Sim. He used Yang Jin Mo, Han Mo Ne, Geum Ra Hee, and others to create a scene to disturb the art gallery party of her aunt.
Unfortunately, another dead victim was found in one of the rooms. Sadly for Min Do Hyuk, he was accused of murdering a family member of Chairman Sim.
However, the chairman knew that it was not Min Do Hyuk but K. It was after he left a note signaling that it was him.
Moreover, the pattern of the murder was similar to the death of the chairman's wife.
At this point, Min Do Hyuk fell into K's trap. He wanted him to rot in jail because the real son of Chairman Sim was Min Do Hyuk.
