‘The Matchmakers’ Episode 3: Rowoon & Cho Yi Hyun Begin With Their Agenda

Shim Jung Woo (Rowoon) and Jung Soon Deok (Cho Yi Hyun) will start with their agenda of matchmaking in "The Matchmakers" episode 3.

'The Matchmakers' Episode 3: Shim Jung Woo & Jung Soon Deok Set Conditions Before Signing Contract

In "The Matchmakers" episode 3, despite the warning that Shim Jung Woo may be dangerous, Jung Soon Deok still agrees to help him. But before they signed the contract, both had conditions - Jung Woo said that the wedding should happen in June and the grooms should be old bachelors. For Soon Deok, her only condition is that he should follow her lead. 

As they continued to have contact with each other, Jung Woo's chest ached again especially when seeing her smile and Bong teased that he might be in love with her.

Meanwhile, Yeo Ju Daek refused to meet Park So Hyun as a matchmaker. Soon Deok wondered if it was due to the rumor that she killed her son's wife for the Title Of Womanly Honor. Yeo Ju Daek felt uncomfortable and it turned out that she was the wife.

Later on, Yeo Ju Daek convinced Park So Hyun to match Ye Jin with Lee Boy. So Hyun told the second queen that marrying Lee's family would help Prince Jin Sung's influence. She also warned that Shim Jung Woo can be a dangerous enemy. 

Jung Soon Deok Convinces Madam Maengs to Help Her Daughters Find Love

Bong quietly bought the silkworm poison and Jung Woo discovered that it had the same effects on his deceased wife's symptoms but no one believed him. 

At home, the Defence Minister and Jo talked about poisoning the Crown Prince. The minister panicked that she might have overheard. 

The following day, while on their way to the Maengs, Soon Deok and Jung Woo had a productive journey. The two had been bickering around while in the middle of doing their agenda. 

Later on, Shim Jung Woo and Jung Soon Deok met daughter 1. He tries to convince them but they are steadfast. Daughter 2, Doo Ri, showed up to kick them out. In a flashback, Jung Woo learned that Hwa Rok is daughter 3, Sam Soon. They then made a plan to pretend not to report her and the 3 sisters cooperate and marry. However, it was interrupted as Soon Gu rushed in. 

As they tried to discuss the plan, the three sisters bickered. Meanwhile, Soon Deok appeared and shared that she already convinced Madam Maeng. It turned out that she was able to change Maeng's mind, who trusted her as she was the only person who could help her daughters find love.

Then Jung Woo and Soon Deok started to work on the next step they needed to do in order to match Maeng's daughters to bachelors. It was revealed that Soon Deok already can match people ever since young. 

Meanwhile, the Minister of Defence ordered Ha Na to be his concubine. Madam Maeng refused and was arrested. Shim Jung Woo was not concerned, but Soon Deok was furious and was having a hard time coming up with a plan.
