Being a policeman, he still wants Lee Min Soo to pay for the price of killing people through the justice system.

With this, he and his accomplices are set for the investigation.

Lee Min Soo was with Moo Chan's colleague, Choi Jin Soo, who is working for Assemblywoman Lee.

While on the way to the hospital, the assistant woman called detective Choi to ensure that her son would safely arrive at the hospital.

Little did he know that the politician was plotting revenge against the police by ramming the police car with a trailer truck.

Due to this, a collision involving two police cars got involved. Unfortunately, Lee Min Soo is among the victims who died on the spot.

Of course, the assembly woman's reaction is to seek revenge, but Kim Moo Chan threatened Ms. Lee about his plan to murder the police by escorting his son.

He pointed out that it was she who killed her son, Lee Min Soo.

With the death of Lee Min Soo and with Professor Kwon's and Kim Ji Hoon's whereabouts unidentified, Kim Moo Chan and Joo Hyun are on the hunt for those two before Assemblywoman Lee plots another revenge against them.

Since Ms. Lee is after revenge for her son, she puts a bounty on Kim Ji Hoon and Kwon Seok Koo.

As for the duo, Professor Kwon warned Ji Hoon to leave the country and live a normal life far away.

Meanwhile, Professor Kwon sets himself as the target for the next killing vote. He considers himself a sinner for being part of the murders of the previous killing votes.

Ji Hoon saw this and tried to stop Professor Kwon. He launched his own broadcast, revealing why the professor started the idea of the killing vote and Gaetal.

In the last scene, Kim Moo Chan tried to save Kwon Seok Joo, who had hanged himself from the ceiling, while Joo Hyeon witnessed how Ji Hoon died in the hands of the bounty hunters.
