Lee Yeon Hee, Compared With Go Ah Rah? "I'll Work Harder As An Older Sister"

Actress Lee Yeon Hee threw her hat into the ring before the first broadcast of "Miss Korea."
On the production release of MBC's new Wednesday/Thursday miniseries "Miss Korea" (script Suh Sook Hyang, director Kwon Suk Jang) held in Seoul Gangnam-gu, Non-hyun dong Patio 9, Lee Yeon Hee talked about the fellow actresses in SM entertainment and renewed her determination.
Regarding Group Girls Generation member Yoon Ha who had started her acting again a week earlier through the KBS 2TV Monday/Tuesday mini series "The Prime Minister and I", she said, "I think she does well with a cute and energetic image that only Yoon Ha can handle. As an older sister in the same management company, I'm trying harder to act well."
Actress Go Ah Rah who is also part of SM Entertainment has also been applauded for her great acting in cable channel tvN Friday/Saturday drama "Reply 1994." When Lee Yeon Hee was asked, "Aren't you intrigued as a colleague?" she said, "I get that question a lot. I think there's a type of acting that each must do. I'm happy that Go Ah Rah is doing well and I'm cheering her on to do even better" as she replied.
Lee Yeon Hee acts a person who is challenging herself in a real Miss Korea competition. Because of the filming, she even was trained to look like a real Miss Korea.
Lee Yeon Hee said, "I actually referred to the 1997 Miss Korea competition the most. I actually received walking and posture lessons from former Miss Koreas. Even now, I am preparing for the talent portion that I have to show in the final rounds."
"Miss Korea" is set in 1997 when the IMF crisis happened as the economic crisis affected a department store that was undergoing budget cuts as the elevator girl (played by Lee Yeon Hee) and CEO of a downhill cosmetics company (played by Lee Sun Gyun) try to make a Miss Korea.
Aside from Lee Yeon Hee, Lee Sun Gyun, Lee Sung Min, Lee Mi Sook, Song Sun Mi and Lee Gi Woo are in "Miss Korea" and it will be aired at 10PM on December 18th.
