Stabbing Accident Occurs at MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2023
Based on a media outlet on November 24, a stabbing incident happened at the scene of MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2023, attended by idol-actor Cha Eun Woo.
Fortunately, there were no artists injured. However, one of the attendees in the audience was seriously injured after being stabbed.

According to the source, the accident occurred at five in the afternoon on November 23 in Yokohama City, Japan.
At the event location, the music award ceremony was being held from two in the afternoon. Hallyu star Cha Eun Woo and Japanese singer-actor Tomohisa Yamashita were reportedly attending the prestigious event.
The local police shared that a woman who is in her forties was stabbed in the abdomen by a gunman at the scene. Four ambulances were immediately dispatched to the location to respond, and the authorities are still looking for the whereabouts of the suspect.
Regarding the accident, Cha Eun Woo's agency, Fantagio released a statement saying that they haven't received anything from the local area (regarding the artists' safety).

Meanwhile, Cha Eun Woo, who made his appearance at the event, bagged the "Global Icon Award."
The 26-year-old actor is also busy working on his dramas. He currently stars in MBC's "A Good Day to Be a Dog," alongside Park Gyu Young and Lee Hyun Woo.
Adding to his work is the upcoming mystery-revenge series "Wonderful World."
On November 13, industry insiders announced that the drama, which is currently being filmed has been scheduled to occupy the Friday-Saturday slots on MBC beginning 2024.
MBC added that other details about Cha Eun Woo's soon-to-release drama are yet to be confirmed. He is expected to share the frame with veteran actress Kim Nam Joo, who has been out of the spotlight for more than five years.
Fans and viewers are already anticipating the synergy that these two stars will showcase on their first project collaboration.
