After his massive escape effort, Oh Taek calls the police using a stranger's phone. Just when he thinks he's safe at the police station, he receives a call from Geum Hyuk Soo.

It turns out that the latter has tricked Oh Taek's daughter to come to the police station, showcasing his obsession with the taxi driver and his desire to kill him, too.

To save his daughter, Oh Taek kicks away a police officer's gun, leading to the police's death at the hands of Geum Hyuk Soo.

Oh Taek learns that Geum Hyuk Soo is alone, saving his daughter from the psychopath serial killer.
