Is 'Vigilante' Worth the Hype?

Helmed by Choi Jeong Yeol, the genius behind the movie "Start-Up," "Vigilante" is based on the webtoon of the same name that depicts the journey of a model police student named Kim Ji Yong (Nam Joo Hyuk), who harbors a deep secret.

While his classmates and professors see him as a straight student at the police academy, he goes by his alter ego at night, who punishes criminals, fraudsters, and alike.

With this, the fearless reporter Choi Mi Ryeo (Kim So Jin) labeled him as the vigilante who secretly helps abused people get the justice they deserve.

However, since the vigilante is breaking the law and disrupting the order of the government, authorities sent Chief Investigator Cho Heon (Yoo Ji Tae) to handle the case.

His mission is to identify the vigilante and stop him from committing lawless acts.

While Cho Heon is on the hunt for the vigilante, the second-generation chaebol and CEO, Cho Kang Ok, voluntarily helps the vigilante and uses his resources to execute his plan.

The Disney+ series not only showcases a powerhouse cast but is also an action thriller in which people with different abilities compete fiercely.
