Do Ji Han Enters the World of Sports as He Debuts as Professional Boxer

On March 3, through a social media post promising actor Do Ji Han shared photos on his Instagram, showcasing his debut as a professional boxer. 

According to the news, Do Ji Han debuted at the Phoenix Battle in Seoul held at the Textile Center Event Hall in Gangnam Gu, Seoul on March 1.

The actor faced a Thai player in his first match. Despite being a rookie, he received warm cheers for his unyielding performance. However, he was unable to win the game and lost by unanimous decision.

Even though he was disappointed with the loss, he showed his best sportsmanship attitude and congratulated his opponent on his victory after the game, hugged and shook his hands. The opposing player bowed deeply to Do Ji Han, and the male star ended his debut match by showing courtesy in return. 

This announcement of Do Ji Han making his unexpected debut in the boxing ring as a professional boxer surprised the public. Some shared their support on various social media platforms and cheered for his new-found career. 

It has been said that Do Ji Han has three years of boxing experience and passed the professional test at the One Boxing Stadium in Yangjae-dong, Seoul in December 2023. He tried professional boxing at the recommendation of promoter Ohashi, and completed the match, leaving a deep impression on Do Ji Han from an actor to a professional boxer.
