Seo Jung Won's Hellish Life

Seo Jung Won (Kim Ha Neul) experiences a series of mysterious and unconventional happenings around her, especially as she is the top news anchor in South Korea.

In "Nothing Uncovered" episode 1, she reports on the suspicions of Mo Hyung Taek's (Yoon Je Moon) conspiracy with Noh Ji Ho (Park Hyung Soo) and a corrupt politician.

Seol Pan Ho (Jung Woong In), the chairman of Mujin Group and Seo Jung Won's father-in-law, expresses his discomfort with her job due to his connections to some powerful figures.

In addition, the assemblyman that Seo Jung Won exposed is Seol Pan Ho's best friend of 20 years. Her father-in-law claims that she's ruining the family image because of her job.

A Bloody Murder

Seo Jung Won receives a huge tip about a stock fraud from an anonymous informant alias Zeus. She immediately goes to the location, which is an eerie deserted alley.

She finds a woman bleeding profusely on the veranda, shocking her to the core. Believing that the woman is still alive, she heads to the scene of the crime as soon as she can.

However, the woman is dead by the time she arrives. She immediately contacts detective Oh Myung Soo (Yoon Jeong Joon) but detective Kim Tae Heon (Yeon Woo Jin) arrives instead.

The meeting of the two creates a tension in the atmosphere, and it doubles as soon as the detective questions Seo Jung Won, the sole witness of the incident.

A Cheating Husband

Seo Jung Won doesn't appreciate Kim Tae Heon's aggressive attitude. Later on, Mo Hyung Taek appears, and it turns out that the dead woman was her housekeeper.

This sends Seo Jung Won to spiral. She receives counseling treatment for a month to slowly recover from the shock. However, things become even blurrier.

Seo Jung Won runs into Cha Eun Sae (Han Ji Eun) at the police station. She's the woman her husband is having an affair with.

Cha Eun Sae shows a photo of her ultrasound, hinting at her pregnancy with Seol Woo Jae's child, creating a huge conflict between the two.

What Happens To Seo Jung Won?

Seo Jung Won follows Seol Woo Jae around, even when he only lounges in his studio all night. However, she is shocked when she sees her husband at a couple's counseling clinic.

Due to the things she discovered, she falls to the ground and panics due to extreme anxiety. Seo Jung Won decides to receive neuropsychiatric treatment once again.

At the end of the episode, she is left surprised when she sees a lifeless Cha Eun Sae lying in the middle of an empty space at the hospital she's admitted to.
