As Netflix released the last two episodes, viewers got to see who this season's winner.

What is 'Physical: 100'?

First released in 2023, "Physical: 100" is a South Korean reality-competition show that tests the participants' agility, strength, endurance, and wit.

The 100 participants need to survive the grueling challenges to claim the honor and a huge cash prize.

"Physical: 100" cast includes individuals from different fields - from professional athletes, Olympians, celebrities, government officials, fitness enthusiasts, and more.

The episode, titled "Friend of Foe," introduced a shocking quest that will measure the team's tight-knit bond.

"Physical: 100" Season 2 Episode 8 continued with Team Lee Jae Yoon and Team Kim Dong Hyun.

The team's representatives, Jo Sung Bin and Ko Jung Hun, were the last two on the monkey bar challenge after Team Hong Beom Seok advanced to the next quest.

During the mid-challenge, Ko Jung Hun fell down, which made Team Lee Jae Yoon confident that they would make it to the next round, but not until Jo Sung Bin lost his grip and fell down, leaving a sprained ankle.

However, Jo Sung Bin managed to finish the race despite the injury.

The teams advancing to the fourth quest were Hong Beom Seok, Lee Jae Hoon, Andre Jin, and Jung Ji Hyun.

After the challenge, the surviving groups were greeted with a mouthful of delectable food.

Here, a voiceover revealed Quest 4, which was an intra-team challenge. This meant that the five members would go up against one another.

At this point, Jung Ji Hyun doubted if he made the right move by grouping the best of the best and becoming their competitor in the end.

However, the majority of the surviving participants were saddened that they had to be each other's enemies, but at the end of the day, "Physical: 100" Season 2 is a game.

The participants' strength and endurance would be tested as they had to carry heavy rollers from one side to the other. The last one to finish the race would be eliminated.

Hong Beom Seok went up against Gibson in the final round and won the challenge.

Joining him as Quest 4 winners were Andre Jin and Justin Harvey from Team Lee Jae Yoon

As for team avengers, it was up against team leader Jung Ji Hyun and crossfitter Amotti.
